Located in the coastal North-Western region of the island of Puerto Rico, this five-star golf resort project is soon to house secluded individual guest villas which make proper use of the lush surroundings. The look and feel of the spaces are modern, clean and decisively Caribbean with ample use white linens, cottons and sheers with Navy blue accents. The thread that ties all the spaces together is the use of traditional Puerto Rican ‘losa criolla’ or creole tile, a hand painted and glazed concrete tile. A custom pattern was created for this project and a single color employed to add a touch of modernism. The tile pattern is repeated through pillows, graphic elements and in the tile itself.
